We migrated all our users from another platform in December 2024. If you were originally set up on that system, your login is based on your email address, but you’ll have to set a new password.
Please clear your browser cache, wait more than 5 minutes, then try again. Due to security concerns, the system might have mistaken you for a bad actor – we’re sorry about that.
Once you have completed all modules and passed all quizzes, your certificate will be automatically generated. If you don’t see it, you may just have missed ticking a box. Make sure that everything has been marked “done” and the certificate will appear.
